At TSS we pride ourselves on the quality and quantity of apprentices within the company and what better week to celebrate our eight team members who are undertaking further education than National Apprenticeship Week?

We are sponsoring our staff to undertake 5-year degree apprenticeships at UCLAN (Preston) and NVQ Apprenticeships in Administration (Runshaw College) and Software Developing (Baltic Apprenticeships).

Apprenticeships are an ideal opportunity for people of all ages and backgrounds to enter into a rewarding and well-paid career. There is growing recognition of the value apprenticeships can bring to UK employers, those setting out on the first steps of a new career, or those who want a career change.

As an ever-expanding company we see staff development as critical to the success of the company both in the workplace and through the education system. Our apprentices add energy and enthusiasm to the company and in return, they receive first class nationally and internationally recognised training and qualifications.
