On the 14th and 15th February 2024 auditors from Citation ISO Certification carried out compliance audits on our ISO 9001 Quality, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and ISO 45001 Health & Safety processes and procedures.
The compliance audits required TSS to demonstrate our planning, processes, policies, procedures, risk assessments and internal audit programs, all in compliance of the aforementioned ISO standards.
The Citation Auditors conducted interviews, analysed findings, tested the evidence provided, measuring results against the stringent standards.
The 3 audits achieved excellent results, receiving 63 positive observations across the 3 standards and no non-conformances.
These excellent results serve to demonstrate our workforce have embraced the policies and procedures that the company has designed to maintain compliance. Whilst displaying the highest personal and professional standards required in TSS. Our workforce are amazing! Thank you.
