(DPS)! After an extensive evaluation process, our team’s submission has been selected,
qualifying us to provide essential services for L&Q’s housing and development projects.

What is the L&Q DPS?

The London and Quadrant Housing Trust DPS is a streamlined procurement system that
connects qualified service providers with specific consultancy needs for L&Q’s housing
projects. It covers a range of specialised services, from Employer’s Agent and Quality
Monitoring Quantity Surveying, ensuring that each project receives the expertise and
oversight it needs. We’re proud to be part of this trusted network, contributing to L&Q’s
commitment to delivering high-quality housing solutions.

Our Scope of Work: Quantity Surveying in Key LocationsBased on our submission, we’re excited to confirm our qualification for two important LOTs:

● Lot 3 – Manchester and Surrounding Areas: Quantity Surveying
● Lot 7 – London and Surrounding Areas: Quantity Surveying

As a part of this DPS, we’ll support L&Q’s projects in both Manchester and London
regions by providing expert Quantity Surveying services, which include cost estimation,
financial advice, and value management. Our role in these projects will help ensure
budgetary control, cost-effectiveness, and resource efficiency contributing to the success of
L&Q’s ambitious development goals.
