We are excited to share that earlier this year, we achieved the ‘Investors In People’ (IIP) accreditation. This is a big accomplishment for our team and shows our dedication to building a positive and supportive workplace where everyone can thrive.

Launched in 1990, the ‘Investors In People’ accreditation recognises organisations that are committed to developing and managing their people well. The accreditation is based on three key pillars: leading, supporting, and improving.

The IIP is a respected standard, with over 59,000 organisations assessed across various industries and recognised in 101 countries worldwide. At its core, the mission of the accreditation is to make work better by providing accreditation, advice, and support to help organisations improve.

At TSS it is highly important to us that we create an environment that all our employees feel supported and encouraged to grow in. Since our doors opened we have always invested into the development of our staff members, ensuring they always receive a high quality of training, support and guidance. Creating the right environment has also allowed TSS to enhance the capacity, capability and the confidence of all its staff to serve our many and varied clients.

Sir Lindsay Hoyle, the Speaker of the House of Commons and Member of Parliament for Chorley, joined us on Friday, the 30th of August, to unveil our ‘Investors In People’ and ‘Real Living Wage’ accreditation plaques. Sir Lindsay, known for his commitment to community and advocacy for fair employment practices, took the time to acknowledge the importance of these accreditations, which reflect our ongoing commitment to investing in our people and promoting a fair, supportive, and driven work environment.

As we move forward, we are inspired by Sir Lindsay’s words and are excited to continue building on this foundation, further investing in our people and nurturing a workplace environment that champions both personal and professional growth.
